VIA Renews Contract with NAVEX Global

VIA and its specialty division, VIA Legal, a leading provider of accurate legal translation and award-winning web, game-based and mobile training solutions for global organizations, today announced that it has renewed its service contract with NAVEX Global through 2015.

 
Under the agreement, VIA will continue as the prime legal translation vendor and will provide comprehensive, scalable, affordable solutions to meet NAVEX Global’s translation and localization needs for their global hotline/helpline contact centers, ethics and compliance program awareness materials and online training courseware.
 
Using global best practices and efficient process methodologies, VIA has effectively delivered more than 1,000 projects annually with 99 percent on time delivery, ensuring NAVEX Global meets its customer’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs). In addition, VIA maintains a comprehensive Translation Memory for NAVEX Global, which grows with each translation and can be “recycled” or applied to future content to decrease the total volume of new translation needed and reduce localization costs.
